INFONEWS.CO.ID ■ The East Java Regional Police foiled the departure of three buses containing the group allegedly going to take action on May 22, 2019 in Jakarta. The three buses came from Malang, Madiun Regency, and Tulungagung.
"Regarding the plans of several East Java people who will depart for Jakarta, until this afternoon there is one that our bus is safe in Malang. Then two buses from Madiun and from Tulungagung are canceled," said East Java Regional Police Chief Inspector General Luki Hermawan in Surabaya on Sunday ( 5/19/2019) night.
According to him, the group of passengers on the three buses were sent back to their homes. No dangerous objects such as sharp weapons and so on are found.
"Until now we have not found it, but indeed the results of the information from their field coordinators will indeed go to Jakarta," said Luki.
Meanwhile, the police will continue to sweep against the group which will take part in the May 22 action.
