JBN.CO.ID ■ The Keraton Nusantara Festival (FKN) XIII will be held in Tana Luwu, which is planned to be opened by President Joko Widodo at the Pancasila Field in Palopo City, North Sulawesi.
As the organizer of the 13th Nusantara Nusantara Exhibition, Tana Luwu will be the center of cultural activities which will be attended by kings from all regions, including from abroad, such as Brunei, Malaysia and Singapore.
Because it is part of Tana Luwu, North Luwu will also be visited by the King. one of them is the King of the Sultanate of Yogyakarta, Sri Sultan Hamengkubowono X, who currently serves as the Governor of the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY).
"God willing, Sri Sultan Hamengkubowono X is scheduled to visit North Luwu Regency," Head of the Culture and Tourism Office, Yasir Taba, told reporters after chairing the FKN Finalization Meeting, in the Regional Secretary Meeting Room, Thursday 05/09/2019.
The plan, said Yasir Taba, the King of the Sultanate of Yogyakarta will visit with the other Kings and will attend the Culinary Festival event made from Sago and Tudang Ade presented by the Regional Government of North Luwu Regency.
"Previously, the main committee in Palopo told us that Sri Sultan Hamengkubowono X will visit North Luwu. Of course we are very happy and with a noble presence here, it will be a pride for North Luwu Regency," he said.
Yasir Taba said there were around 400 grand guests and Raja who would be present in North Luwu Regency. For this reason, he hopes that all the committees involved will work hard, work smart, and work thoroughly in carrying out the entire set of FKN activities.
"The presence of all of us here is very important, and helps all of us have to take part in making this event a success," he hoped.
